INGREDIENTS
3 Large plump medjool dates, stone removed
12g Lindt excellence 70% cocoa chocolate
3 Pistachios

Break the chocolate into pieces into a small ramekin. Place the ramekin into a bowl of boiling water & allow the chocolate to melt. Stir the chocolate while it melts so that it's smooth & creamy. Then, place 1 date at a time into the chocolate & immediately grate the pistachio finely over each date.
