that a combination of basil leaves & lime zest can replicate both the herbal and citrus notes in curry leaves OR you can use the zest of a single lime to replace 8 curry leaves and that's exactly what I'm doing today.

As the weather is slowing starting to change in the Bay of Plenty with thunder, lightning & heavy rains by tonight,it only calls for 1 thing for dinner....my first curry for 2021! I'm going to be experimenting with a new curry today 🌶
