This is especially for all my WW ers that are South African. South Africa is well known for its fridge tarts, and this is one of the easiest fridge tarts to make. We usually make this delicious peppermint tart in a huge dish & it is loaded with caramel, fresh cream, peppermint crisp pieces & LOADED with SmartPoints too! Today I played around in my kitchen & I'm super happy with this creation.

INGREDIENTS
18g Tennis Biscuits, crushed
70g Fat-free yogurt
1/4 teaspoon peppermint essence
1 Tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
15g Barkers dulce de leche
10g WW protein bar, dark chocolate mint

Mix the yogurt, peppermint essence, maple syrup & dulce de lech until well combined.
Place 6g of the crushed biscuits into a small jar, then add a layer of the yogurt mixture, then another 6g crushed biscuits , then a layer of the yogurt mixture, then a final biscuit layer. Last but not least, add the last of the yogurt layer & then grate the WW choc mint protein bar on top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
