Traditional cheesecake can be anything up to 22 SmartPoints per serve! This classic dessert has been lightened up with tropical fruit & a creamy cheesecake layer made from ricotta, yogurt & hint of vanilla for an utterly decadent dessert.

In NZ, we don't have reduced-fat ricotta. I therefore used Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese. I couldn't find any fresh passionfruit in our supermarket & therefore incorporated a reduced calorie passionfruit topping. I don't eat mango & therefore woukd substitute that with pineapple chunks.
