Quick, easy & fuss-free for anyone that doesn't like oats.

INGREDIENTS
20g Be Natural low sugar granola
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla essence
1 Medium to large banana, mashed well
2 Medjool dates, chopped finely
1 Egg, whisked well
.
Mix all of the above ingredients together until well combined. Spoon into a microwave-safe mug. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
Serve with all your favorite toppings. I chose to add a dollop of fat-free yogurt, a spoonful of natVia caramel sauce & a swirl of sugar-free maple syrup.
