The magic mix of yogurt & flour makes for the quickest, freshest & tasty flatbread. Add on this Middle Eastern-inspired lamb topping & you have a top notch lunch or dinner. The recipe doesn't ask for fresh medjool dates but i decided to chop 2 dates into slices & add it to the dish....absolutely perfect!
