Meatballs Making this
Chopped onion - 0.5 cup
Butter - 3.0 tbsp
Ground beef - 0.45 Kg(s)
Egg - 1.0 pc
Sliced bread - 2.0 pc
Salt - 1.0 tsp
Pepper - as per taste
Dry breadcrumbs - 1.0 cup
Yogurt - 2.0 cup
Method for Meatballs
Saute the onion in 1 tbsp butter until transparent. Cool slightly, mix with beef, egg, bread, salt and pepper.
Shape into 1-1/4 inch meatballs and roll in bread crumbs. Brown slowly in remaining butter.
Drain off all but 2 tbsp of fat.
Spoon yogurt over and around the meatballs gently.
Simmer for 20 minutes and serve hot!
Chicken Breasts Making this
Skinless boneless chicken breast halves - 2.0 pc
Egg - 1.0 pc
Frozen chopped spinach - 283.5 gm(s)
Cheese - 0.5 cup
Grated parmesan cheese - 0.25 cup
Manicotti shells - 10.0 pc
Condensed cream of chicken soup - 297.67 gm(s)
Sour cream - 226.8 gm(s)
Milk - 1.0 cup
Italian seasoning - 1.0 tsp
Boiling water - 1.0 cup
Shredded cheddar cheese - 1.0 cup
Chopped fresh parsley - 2.0 tbsp
Method for Chicken Breasts
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook chicken until opaque and juices run clear.
In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, egg, spinach, cottage cheese and Parmesan. Stuff uncooked manicotti shells with chicken mixture. Arrange shells, not touching one another, in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk and Italian seasoning and stir until smooth.
Pour over shells in dish and spread to cover completely.
Carefully pour boiling water around the edge of the dish. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake in preheated oven 60 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
Sprinkle with Cheddar and parsley and let stand 10 minutes before serving!
